Stanford 14, Notre Dame 45
Q. How good does it feel to get the victory today?
ELIJAH MOORE: It's everything, man. I'm just really, really happy.
Q. Seemed like the pass game seemed to get in a better rhythm in the second half. What was some of the bigger differences?
ELIJAH MOORE: Just came inside, man, made corrections. The game started to slow second down a little bit and we started to see the picture, started moving down the field.
Q. Drive before halftime, seemed like you guys kind of made some adjustments there and that drive, put together a nice drive there.
ELIJAH MOORE: Yeah, we definitely had to come out an make adjustments. The way the game was going it wasn't going in our favor before.
Q. What's it mean to you when it's fourth and one in the fourth quarter and they call your number on the jet sweep there?
ELIJAH MOORE: It means everything. They putting their trust in me. Game on the line. I got to get right.
Q. What you did you see from Zach coming back after being out for a month?
ELIJAH MOORE: Starting off a little slow, but I'm not worried at all. He is one of them players, man, his mentality is crazy. I got all the trust that we're going to get it right.
Q. In what ways is it crazy?
ELIJAH MOORE: Next foot forward. He doesn't really dwell on the past. That's something that is legendary by him, so definitely grateful that he thinks like that.
Q. What was it like to be able to see Austin have the performance he had today?
ELIJAH MOORE: I was so happy for him that he scored his touchdown. You could just tell the smile on his face was everything. Blessed for everybody to have those big moments like that, which was big for him.
I'm just happy for him.
Q. You seem like a guy who stays positive all the time. Three-game losing streak, was it getting tough at all? Were you feeling the weight at all?
ELIJAH MOORE: No, of course it's really tough, but I feel like I got to be the example. Me being young and everything I feel like people don't expect me to be like this. I want to set the example for everybody, so if they see me positive and uplifting, they'll do the same.
Q. You guys talk about making progress. When you have this kind of result, how much does that help the mindset just moving forward to back up that progress?
ELIJAH MOORE: Man, it's everything. Positivity is the only thing that we should do, only thing we should speak and put out. I'm just grateful that everyone is speaking like that, too.
Q. What is working in the run game for you guys today better than it has? What clicked today?
ELIJAH MOORE: I don't know, just shout out to the O-line. That's all I can say.
Q. On the first drive of the second half, Zach for a couple big plays. What did you see there and what was different from the first half, on that first drive of the second half?
ELIJAH MOORE: Like I said, we just went and made corrections, we started attacking the points that were open. Get open, throw ball, catch, run.
Q. Seems like the last couple weeks the ways in which Mike has been using you has expanded. We saw one play you were a tailback today, and then on the jet sweeps, quick passes, shovel passes. How much have you enjoyed the expanded role?
ELIJAH MOORE: Makes me feel like I'm in college again with Lane Kiffin. I feel like he set the example.
Q. For the Jets, how much do you relish that opportunity to be going against the other teams best corners?
ELIJAH MOORE: I don't really focus on that. I focus on myself, receiver one, receiver whatever. All the receivers, when we were get out there supposed to think receiver one. I play with my team mates, I love my teammates, and we all receiver one, so that's kind of how I think.
