Bills - 31, Dolphins - 28
Q. I'll start with Josh, 417 yards, four touchdowns for your quarterback today. What's your reaction?
REGGIE GILLIAM: Great team play today. Able to put together a great win and the offense went out and executed.
Q. Talk about the touchdown at the end. What are you seeing? What are you looking at the end there talk about that. Where were you? What was your reaction to it?
REGGIE GILLIAM: You could see me. I was jumping up and down. I was excited. I was too excited for us because that was just kind of like the nail in the coffin. We were a little worried there, and that just like sealed the deal.
Q. How do you describe how this team was able to rally up and finish this game off when Miami took the lead in the fourth quarter?
REGGIE GILLIAM: That's just the mentality. That's the mindset. Like coach Montgomerie says, we're road warriors. It's hard to win any game but especially on the road we have to come out and show up.
Q. Take me through your touchdown reception.
REGGIE GILLIAM: Well, I knew going into the game that we had a couple of plays out of that package down there on the goal line, and when my opportunity came up I knew I had to take advantage of it. So lined up, ran my route, caught the ball.
Q. Yeah. No false advertising. You told me a couple of weeks ago that you're a good receiver.
REGGIE GILLIAM: Yes, sir.
Q. Do you think after week two, are you feeling comfortable with the speed of the game?
REGGIE GILLIAM: Yeah. I'm getting adjusted to it. I mean coming on at first it was pretty fast. I kind of struggled getting adjusted to it, but I think I'm in a good spot now.
Q. Great. And definitely you were saying you're used to coming out and making receptions. Do you feel that the Dolphins' defense that you were comfortable with what you saw on film is what they really were today?
REGGIE GILLIAM: Yeah. I was just going out and doing what I've been taught, doing my route and make the most of it.
Q. Great. Thank you very much, man. Good luck, and congratulations on that touchdown.
REGGIE GILLIAM: Thank you.
Q. Yes, you saw Josh scramble, I presume, and then you run in his direction. It looked like it was man coverage. Run through what you were watching and how you broke it off.
REGGIE GILLIAM: Well, yeah, I was on my way in that direction and I was kind of seeing him scramble and slow down a little bit. So I had to tempo myself to kind of mirror him so I could give him a good angle to throw.
Q. And the catch, was that a diving catch, 9.9 degree of difficulty for your first touchdown? How difficult was that catch would you say?
REGGIE GILLIAM: It was difficult because of the rain and I wasn't wearing the rain gloves. I was just wearing the regular ones. So I was like, oh, man, I gotta really lock in on this.
Q. Can you talk about the way Josh is playing?
REGGIE GILLIAM: Feeling great. Loving the way that everybody is playing. We're all playing well together. We just have to keep making strides. Get comfortable, get back and watch the film and learn from it, get better and get ready for next week.
Q. Can you talk about Josh, the way he's throwing the ball? You guys fell behind and all of a sudden --
REGGIE GILLIAM: Yeah, Josh is throwing the ball really well, but also our receivers are making big plays. It's a team effort altogether.
Q. Congratulations on your first NFL touchdown.
REGGIE GILLIAM: Thank you.
Q. Just wondering your emotions. Just because of the road that you took from free agent, no pro day all the way to this moment.
REGGIE GILLIAM: Yeah. Exactly what you would think. I was ecstatic because just thinking about where I started at to where I was thinking, not having a pro day and maybe not even making it into the league and coming on as free agent and maybe not making the team and here I am week two scoring a touchdown. That was an amazing feeling.
