Q. (Question about the interception.)

A: Yeah, it was just a bad ball. J.J. did a good job on our route. D-line got a good push on us. I just sort of was trying to anticipate the throw. At the end of the day it was a bad ball. Obviously I threw it too far ahead of him, so yeah.

Q. When you're getting pressured like that, are you throwing to a spot because you're expecting the receiver to be in that spot?

A: Yeah, there's times where you got to push, but there's a time you got to play. There's a timing of routes, where guys are supposed to be, whatnot.

That play, J.J. did his job, he ran the right route, right timing. I just sort of got pushed, lost sight of it. Anticipated it too far ahead of him. Yeah, that's how it was. He did a good job.

Q. Second interception, what happened there?

A: 34 seconds left, sort of trying to strain and make a play. That was, like, the shot within the play, to hit Ray-Ray coming across the middle. That middle safety, Tampa player, did a good job. I was trying to throw it over him, trying to force it. I'll learn from it. I think I could have ran, got down, whatever. I just forced it, so...

Q. What were you thinking coming out of the locker room as an offense going into the second half?

A: We felt good in terms of moving the ball. Their defense did a good job with just different looks, switching things up, trying to drop eight. So we were still moving the ball.

We got in the red zone and stuff, sort of folded at times. Going into the second half, we felt good in terms of we get down there, we got to be execute and be better, play our way of ball. We felt good going into the second half.

Yeah, that's just sort of how it went.

Q. (No microphone.)

A: Yeah, just within the game plan and what they were doing coverage-wise, they did a good job with sort of clogging his side. In a sense, double-teaming in zone.

Yeah, I was on the other side of the field most of the time in the second half.

Q. You've had mostly really good things happen in games. Anything you can take from it after the fact?

A: Yeah, I mean, it's tough. Two in a row. It's the NFL. Every team is good. It doesn't matter who you're going against, what their record is, anything like that.

We didn't come into this week taking this team lightly. We knew it was going to be a hostile environment, it was going to be a great challenge, their defense is really good, Kirk Cousins is really good. For us, we came in the right mindset, we just got to execute better.

For me, second one in a row hurts obviously. We just got to be better. Got a big one ahead this week, too.

Q. (Question about Iowa connection.)

A: Yeah, it's always an honor to be able to represent the state of Iowa and everything they've done for us as players. The great colleges within the state, Iowa State and Iowa. We're very honored to be able to represent the state. For them to come out up and down show their pride and their support of us, it means a lot to us.

We love Iowa.
