Colts 10, Patriots 6
Q. You have friends and family in the stands for your big performance today. What does it feel like having that element here?
DAYO ODEYINGBO: It feels great. I mean, number one, it feels great to get the win, as a team to come overseas and be able to go home with a win.
Secondly, it's really important for me to be able to go out there and put on for my family. This is the most family I've had at a game probably in my whole life. I think I had, like, 13 family members here, so I'm just happy to be able to go out there and be able to give them a show.
A lot of them are watching their first football game at any level, so it was really exciting.
Q. You hit three sacks today. Seems like you played a little bit more on the edge out there today. How did you get in a zone so early?
DAYO ODEYINGBO: Shoot, I mean, like I said, just having that much family in the building, I kind of felt like it was a little personal, and it meant a little bit more today. Obviously you want to come out and play your best.
Q. (Indiscernible)
DAYO ODEYINGBO: Both of my dad's brothers, their kids, my brother, who is here, my cousin and her kids. So it ended up being about 13 people.
Q. Do you know any German?
DAYO ODEYINGBO: Guten tag. I know guten tag.
Q. We talked about just kind of scratching and scratching. To break through, how good did that feel knowing how much you put into it? Not just this year, but throughout your career to have games like this and be known as a big-time pass rusher?
DAYO ODEYINGBO: Yeah, it feels great. Everybody, we all come out here every day and put in the work. It feels good to have it kind of show off in a big way on a big stage.
Yeah, it just comes down to keeping stacking days, and eventually you're going to break. I'm just going back to stacking days.
Q. A great day for you individually, but as a unit as a whole you really carried this thing to the very end. What did this feel like knowing that side of the ball is coming through strong?
DAYO ODEYINGBO: It felt great as a unit. Even when we had some adversity, had some leaks in the defense, we were able to come up in the red zone and make huge plays to come off the field with no points. So to see our unit go in the red zone and go -- make them go 0 for 4 in the red zone, it felt great. All the work that we put in, it was really starting to show off.
Q. Were you guys surprised in the huddle to turn around seeing that the Patriots made the switch at quarterback auto the final drive?
DAYO ODEYINGBO: A little bit. We heard it on the sideline. Somebody was saying that Mac Jones wasn't going to be in the last drive. I'm not sure if he went down, but I hope he is healthy.
Whoever is out there, you just have to go out there and make plays. At the end of the day we were able to come out where a win.
Q. Seemed like you turned it on right as Kwity is dealing with an injury and Tyquan's is dealing with one. Did you feel that moment like this is a little more on you?
DAYO ODEYINGBO: Seeing them go down, I knew it was going to be a little more workload on myself. So I just kind of was hoping to take it on myself and do my best to make plays and help the team win.
Q. Are you the first Colts player to have three sacks in a half since Dwight Freeney. To be mentioned in a sentence with a guy like Dwight Freeney, how does that feel?
DAYO ODEYINGBO: He is a great Hall of Fame player. One of the Colts' greats. It's great to be mentioned with him, but I'm trying to carve out my own path and my own journey.
Q. Will you try to get more family here back home? How does that go?
DAYO ODEYINGBO: Hopefully keep having games like that, they keep coming. So I'm going to start flying them out to America.
