Q. (No microphone.)

AJ BROWN: It was really important for me just to get going. You know, I didn't play the last playoff game and I was kind of in my head a little bit. Just kind of needed that first tackle to get me going again.

It was important. It was important to get going.

Q. What happened on the touchdown? You got behind.

AJ BROWN: What happened? Which one?

Q. The touchdown.

AJ BROWN: I had a double move. I had a double move. I fought through contact and Jalen gave me a good ball.

Q. What can you tell us about the turf? It was really bad, or normal like in the U.S.?

AJ BROWN: Yeah, so certain grasses in the U.S., they're the same. It comes with the game of football. You can't pick and choose with grass you play on.

It wasn't that bad. We changed cleats and made the most of it. I think some of us did. I know I did after the first drive. You know, still have to play football because they had to play on the same grass as well. It wasn't really a complaint from me.

Q. How do you think Jalen performed?

AJ BROWN: He did well. He did well. I'm sure he'll tell you he wish he could have some of the throws back. That's a question for him to answer.

Q. (No microphone.)

AJ BROWN: You know, it was a good game. They did really well on defense, mixed it up a lot. We was going back and forth. You know, a lot of things were going to go wrong because it's the first game, you know.

But we made adjustments and just came down to making plays.

Q. (No microphone - regarding Saquon Barkley.) What does that mean?

AJ BROWN: Yeah, he played really well tonight. Should have had four touchdowns and I told him, but he did really well. Helps us out. When you get the ground game going helps with the pass game. We're excited that he's on our team and he start the season off right.

Q. (No microphone - regarding first game of the season._ how do you reckon this year will stack up?

AJ BROWN: We actually do have like a mini bye. We play in like ten days. So going to do our best to take care of our body and get ready to go against Atlanta. We are professionals and we got to do what's best and make it happen.

There is no excuses, so...

Q. How do you describe Sao Paulo experience, the fan's the energy, the city? How can you describe this game?

AJ BROWN: It was great. It was great. I don't know if Sao Paulo knows when to cheer, but it was great. It was great. It was loud the entire time, and they kind of got a bad rep. We had a whole bunch of don't dos, but it's been great since we got here.

They been treating us well and it was great to see the city and everything. I am glad we got the opportunity to come down here and play.

Q. AJ, that victory is a message for the other team of the league who still doubt about becoming an Eagle because of the end of last season?

AJ BROWN: Last season is last season. We can't worry about that right now. We got to just continue to get better and fix the things we did wrong today most importantly. We can't worry about last season and all that other stuff. That's old.

So we just got to continue to get better, keep working.

Q. After last season's slump at the end of the season, how important also to have such a big impact right from the start this season to let's say put in the path what happened last season what to expect this season, the expectations of this team?

AJ BROWN: Yeah, we did our best to put the past to bed, you know, after the season. We worked hard all off-season and in camp and tried to get ready for this game. Like I said, it's a football game. Stuff goes wrong. Some positives too. We just got to continue to get better and not worry about the past. It's good to get on track to get the win.

Most importantly we got to continue working. So, yeah.

Q. (Regarding Green Bay blitzing.)

AJ BROWN: I don't even remember them blitzing. Did they blitz a lot. I'm sorry.

Q. (No microphone.)

AJ BROWN: Oh, yeah, yeah, I think he handled it pretty well. You know, we just going to continue to get better, continue working on things, and just everything honestly. But I think he did pretty well.

I mean, like I said I don't even remember when they did that, so, yeah.

Q. First, congrats on the win. Looks like the Eagles are going to be for the long run and Packers as well. Any extra motivation, any extra feeling that you have that you think which team is likely to be in the playoffs?

AJ BROWN: You know, it's a hard opponent we just played. That win was not easy at all. They did really good job mixing stuff up for us. It's the NFL. Everybody is good. No team is bad.

They're professionals just like remember. We had or work cut out today and we can continue to work on some things and get better.

Q. You guys lost the turnover battle 3-1. Really hard to get a win in those conditions. What do you say is the key to tonight's win?

AJ BROWN: I think the explosive plays. I think that's what it came down to. That's something we got to fix, the turnovers, and continue to get better. You know, that's tough. Yeah, we got win. We have to clean up the turnovers. That's all of us.

So, yeah, so thank you ya'll so much.
