AARON GLENN: Injuries that we have, we have Stiggers, he has a hip. Being evaluated. Cam Jones, he has a hip also. Same thing with Garrett. Had a couple things that happened in the game. He went back in the game, he came out again. I'll figure out what that is.

Disappointing game. I mean, I thought our guys fought their asses off. Obviously wasn't good enough. It's tough being close. At some point we've got to finish one of these here. That's been something that we talk about, about how we finish. We didn't finish the way we needed to, to go get this win.

Give those guys a lot of credit. Defensively they were all over the place when it comes to their defense. But I thought our defense played well. This is probably our best game on defense.

I think we were on the better end of the penalties, which is positive on both ends. But offensively, I mean, they gave it to us. We all saw that. I don't know how many yards we averaged per rush. Maybe three-something yards per carry. I know we ran the ball quite a bit.

Our passing game was nonexistent. That's something we have to get better at. Those guys did a really good job of pressuring our quarterback. They are a team that they pressure quite a bit. We knew that going in. It was tough. It was tough.

There were a lot of good things from a defensive perspective, from a special teams perspective, that we're going to build on. We're going to go back to the drawing board, get some things cleaned up on our offensive side, get ready to go to the next game.

We put ourselves in this hole. We're 0-6. We claim that. We're going to continue to work and get better, because that's what we have to do. That's what we have to do.

Any questions?

Q. How do you process being 0-6? I imagine this is not something you foresaw.

AARON GLENN: The same way I process it when I was in Detroit and we were like that, you know? It is what it is. You got to keep working. No one's going to feel sorry for you.

A lot of these other coaches that I've talked to that was in this situation, same thing. I mean, it's not like this hasn't happened to other teams before. We have to keep fighting our ass off. We got to keep building on the positive that we've shown and keep working.

Q. The passing game had minus 11 net yards.

AARON GLENN: That speaks for itself.

Q. Justin in particular, do you think he hasn't (indiscernible) thrown the ball today?

AARON GLENN: I want to see it. I want to see it.

I will say this. When you have a team that pressures that much and played that much man coverage, sometimes you just got to give your guys a chance to win a one on one. Again, I don't want to just stamp that.

I would think, 'cause the way they play, I know how Vance calls the game, sometimes you got to give your guys a chance.

Q. At the end of the first half with not running a play, just letting the clock run out...

AARON GLENN: I knew we was getting the ball back. I think it was like third and seven or third and eight. At that point we didn't know if we got the first down or not. I know one ref was saying yes and the other one was no.

Once it got to fourth down, I'm not about to sit there and try to get a play off, they get the ball back. I think they had a timeout left. Give them a chance to kick a field goal, that's not the smartest thing to do.

End the half, get the ball back, see if we get a chance to score.

Q. Do you think you showed sufficient urgency on that drive?

AARON GLENN: On the last drive?

Q. The last drive of the first half.

AARON GLENN: I think we did show enough urgency.

The thing is, I knew that we were getting the ball back. We talked about this as a staff. I want to put us in the situation to, man, let's go and try to get some points. At halftime, we get the ball back in the second half, we'll try to get points again. That was the whole mindset of that.

The thing I didn't want to do is give those guys the ball back. It happened to us, I think, last week, we ended up giving the team the ball back. I don't want to put our guys in a situation like that again.

I think the smart thing to do, we run this clock out way down, can we get points, come back the second half and get points again.

Q. Garrett seemed pretty upset when he was walking off the field at the end of the first half. Is that what it was about?

AARON GLENN: I mean, he's a competitive person. I mean, who wouldn't be pissed when things are not going right on the offensive side of the ball? I mean, you guys know how he is. That's not going to change. I like that about him. When things are not going right, he gets pissed.

Q. In the final two-minute drive, you just got the first down, passing game wasn't going well all day, did you think of running it? Justin got sacked on that play.

AARON GLENN: Yeah, I think, again, we were averaging like three yards a carry. I mean, yes, I can easily say we could have ran the ball. That's always hindsight. We were trying to get ourselves in the position where we can get to that 35, 40, get a chance to get us a field goal in that situation.

Q. Where is the line for the field goal?

AARON GLENN: 35 for us. Yeah, 35 for us. I mean, I know our guy. He kicked a 58-yard. That was his career long. If we can get to 35, we feel like we were really good in that situation.

Q. Was there any consideration there on where you guys were? It was 44.

AARON GLENN: Yeah, that's tough. Again, we just said that the line was 35. We're talking about nine yards back.

Q. If his career long was 58, which he did this year...

AARON GLENN: 58. I think the wind and all that. I just thought that was tough.

Q. I understand you probably want to watch the film, but Justin's numbers are not good in this game.

AARON GLENN: They're not.

Q. Is he going to be your quarterback next week?

AARON GLENN: C'mon, man, what kind of question is that?

Q. He did not have a good game. I think it's a fair question.

AARON GLENN: There's a number of guys. I mean, sometimes this league is like there's guys that have bad games. That doesn't mean you just bench 'em. C'mon, you know better than that.

Q. You guys are 0-6, though. This isn't a team that's 2-3 or 3-3.

AARON GLENN: No doubt.

Q. Justin's played a role in some of these offensive struggles.

AARON GLENN: No doubt. Everybody's played a role in that. It's not just Justin. I understand where you guys are trying to take this.

Listen, there's a number of guys that have picked their game up, too. I don't want to sit there and pin this all on Justin.

Q. The broadcast, the television broadcast, was showing a lot of plays where Justin had not been sacked yet, the ball's in his hand, and guys are on.

AARON GLENN: Well, I got to see it on tape.

Q. If he's not pulling the trigger, don't you kind of owe it to the rest of the guys on offense to give another guy a chance to be the one to throw the ball?

AARON GLENN: Well, I don't see that. Sometimes we got to get him to operate a certain way. I mean, that happens to a lot of guys. You just can't sit there and say, Oh, man, we're going to bench him 'cause this.

I thought some other games he's played well, so... I'm not looking at this as just, Man, he played a bad game, I'm going to bench him. I don't see it that way.

Q. Before the first game, you told us the last four minutes of each half are the head coaches.

AARON GLENN: Absolutely.

Q. Last four minutes of the first half didn't go great for you guys today. Second half... Obviously last week in Dallas, first half. How do you feel like you've done?

AARON GLENN: I think the decisions have been the correct decisions. Sometimes we just didn't execute it. That's okay. Just like today's decision, I do not want to give this offense the ball back at the 49 with a timeout, with time on the clock. I don't think that's smart.

I think what we did, knowing we're going to get the ball back at second half, let's keep it. Even on this, we ended upped moving the ball fairly well. We just didn't get a chance. Those guys put a whole lot of pressure, sacked our quarterback.

We didn't execute. I don't want to put a 68-yard field goal, 65-yard field goal on our kicker when he's never done that. We said the line was the 35, so...

Listen, I do know this. I could improve in those situations, too, though. I'm not going to sit there and put it on the players. That's on me also. A number of things. But we all have to work together to get better at those things, too, though.
