JONATHAN OSORIO: I would say there was a lot of games we were doing well and we got scored on. What I would say about today, we got scored on a goal, you clap your hands and move on.

I think in this game it was a little bit of a shorter period where we really let our guard down but you know, in this game, in this league, when you let your guard down for that short a period of time, you can lose the game, and that's what happened today. I thought after the second goal we did a good job of getting back into it and trying to push

But yeah, it seems like that was the -- that's been the story of the season.

Q. The result today, it's officially the worst season of the franchise. What are the emotions?

Lots of emotions. It's hard to explain. It's not been easy to be a part of the worst campaign in the club's history is not something that I'm proud of. Not something we're all proud of. We are all disappointed. Trust me, we are alls did pointed. It's been a tough season for various reasons.

All I can say is in the last ten, couple weeks, it has felt like it's gone better. And it will get better. I know it will get better. And yeah, it's time now to look at ourselves in the mirror and learn from these mistakes because this cannot happen again. It just cannot. Our fans do not deserve it. It's crazy to think that the last place team in the League is getting a crowd like we are almost every game.

So yeah, for the fans, it's unacceptable and trust me, the people moving on, we will do everything we can to make sure this club starts to move forward.

Q. What do you think the biggest lessons are for the team and the club this season?

There's a lot. There's a lot of lessons. I think that the club has to really regroup now and see where we have gone wrong in the last three years. What are the decisions being made that has gotten us to this point.

And so I think the club has to analyze that deeply, deeply, this off-season, and yeah, these kind of, you know -- I don't think this is a season that just happened out of the blue. I think there's numerous things that have been happening over the years that has gotten us to this point. So it can't all be fixed just in this off-season, but I think there's necessary things and decisions that have to be made if we want to start turning this around.

Q. The backbiting behind the scenes this season --

The truth is no. The truth is no. We didn't do a good job of all sticking together. There's reasons for that. Many reasons for why that happened. But I think at some point it became too much and yeah, the group wasn't together. There wasn't the brotherhood.

Yeah, that's something with John coming in now, he's working on that, and to be honest, in the last two weeks, the team seemed more together than in a long time after everything that has gone on this year but yeah there's a lot of work to do in that sense and that work will be getting started next week.

Q. You've played more games with Michael than anyone else. Can you talk about what he's meant to your career?

I would say Michael has obviously had the biggest influence on my career than anybody. He's the guy I've played the most games with in my career. I've told him this, but he means so much to me. He watched me grow up from a young player to an experienced player. You know, through ups and downs. We've been through it all.

Yeah, he's -- I'll never forget. Michael has a really good sense of reading situations and people, and Michael on a couple occasions, a few occasions when I was low on confidence or feeling down, he would pick me up, and that's what a great captain does and Michael is a great captain and amazing human being. Like you said, he'll never be replaced. A guy like that, you can't replace him. But you know what you can do is now you have to surround the team with really, really good people so that all together we can try to fill that hole that you're speaking about. But yeah, Michael, what an amazing career, first and foremost, even before getting to Toronto and then what he has done with this club, he's remembered forever. He's the most important player to play for this club. And probably will be for -- because he started now hopefully what we can say in years to come, he started the dominance of this club. Yes, we've gone down, but if we get back up, that's, again, that's because we know we can and that's because of what has been done in the past. We have been there, which means the club can get there and Michael has a huge part in that, so yeah. He meant a lot to me, and he's meant a lot to this club.

Q. As somebody who has such a strong -- with the fans -- how does it make you feel to see that?

I understand them. It's understandable, right. Like I said, these fans are some of the best. For me they are the best in the League. Am I biased? Yes. But also, there's some -- I have valid points to say that and one of those things is that as a last-place team, they kept showing up. They kept showing up. They kept showing up. And they always show up. It's amazing, they deserve better. These fans deserve better, and they will get better. They will get a better team going forward, I'm sure of that.

But as far as how they feel, yeah, they have all the reason to to feel the way they feel because it's not what they deserve.
