Pakistan 153/3, New Zealand 152/4.
Q. How important was that first over from Shaheen to set the tone, and how much have you seen him improve the more he's bowled in this tournament after the injury he had?
BABAR AZAM: Yes, he set the tone, and after the injury day by day he's improving because you see him playing after the team and performance after the injury. So he have a little bit of time, so he has really been using our experience and now -- everyone know he's the best bowler in Pakistan and in the world, so we know he's bowling and he's doing fine out there.
Q. What does it mean to you and your team to have made a World Cup final?
BABAR AZAM: It means a lot. To be honest, we did not start well, but after the South Africa match we have hope, and after that we grabbed the opportunity, and then we are playing our best cricket, and Alhamdulillah, we will play well in the final.
Q. Who would you like to play in the final?
BABAR AZAM: We are ready for playing for a final.
Q. How much confidence do you take out of your batting tonight personally going into the final game? Did it feel different out there tonight than it has for the tournament for you so far batting?
BABAR AZAM: Yeah, very confident about my batting. I am a little bit struggle in a few matches, but I feel good, so I continue that momentum in the final.
