Tennessee Titans 37 - Jacksonville Jaguars - 19

Q. Your ability as an offense to stay on the field and convert those third downs, how big was that today and how much do you think that affected your game?

A.J. BROWN: Whenever you can stay on the field and convert third downs, those guys on the other side, they get tired. So we keep the drive going, and that's huge and that's the money down. That's what we call it.

Q. You've fought through injuries before. How important was it for you to be able to go for a positional game?

A.J. BROWN: It was big for me. I didn't get as many snaps as I wanted, but I was on the snap count, and I was just trying to do what they wanted me to do today. Just being out there. We got the win, so that's important.

Q. Did you feel like yourself and do you feel like as the weeks progress that you will be more like yourself but you're not there yet?

A.J. BROWN: I'm not there yet, to be honest. Soon. Maybe. Hope so. But I'm not there yet.

Q. How important to win, come out the loss last week, I know you would have liked to have played, but just to change the subject and try to get the momentum going into Buffalo?

A.J. BROWN: Whenever you get a division win, no matter what their record is, in the NFL, it's hard to win in the league. It gives us momentum. It gives us some confidence. We gotta go back and clean up the little stuff we didn't do well on, but we got a big game Monday night against Buffalo. They're a good team.

Q. How do you like some of the things Coach Downing is doing to get you guys open?

A.J. BROWN: He did a good job today. A lot of bunch -- I know you ain't supposed to talk about scheme, so I'm going to end that question right there. I'm sorry. He did a great job today.

Q. (Indiscernible)?

A.J. BROWN: Whenever he can draw up plays for us, take some load off us, it's huge. So, yeah.

Q. A.J., you obviously have high expectations for yourself, and everybody has high expectations for you as well. With that in mind, how difficult has it been this season to get over the issues and try to be what you're expected to be?

A.J. BROWN: To be honest, right now I ain't gonna lie, it's difficult. I'm glad we got the win. But for me, I expect more out of myself. I expect better out of myself, and I gotta do a better job. I gotta get going.

Q. How good was it to see a guy like Marcus Johnson contribute what he did today?

A.J. BROWN: He did a great job today. He came up big for us. So, yeah.

Q. I think it was one drive that you guys couldn't get the ball. They came back. A lot of guys caught it. How much energy does it bring to the huddle and the sideline when you got so many guys maybe involved?

A.J. BROWN: We were rotating pretty well. So, of course, Ryan did a good job of finding guys, and Todd calling plays and getting guys touches and making plays. So whenever everybody can keep the drive going. So that's big.
