Q. What did you shoot today, 64?
WEI-LUN CHANG: 64 for today. I think I did better when I come to here the first time, so last year, last event. Final last two rounds, I get 8-under, 6-under the last two rounds.
Q. So you can shoot low?
WEI-LUN CHANG: Yes.
Q. What did you think of the course? Good course?
WEI-LUN CHANG: It's perfect. I'm comfortable on this course. Around the greens, everything's like I feel comfortable.
Q. You've not won on the Asian Tour before, correct?
WEI-LUN CHANG: No, not yet.
Q. This would mean a lot, huh?
WEI-LUN CHANG: I try to do my best.
Q. How will you stay calm? You will be one of the leaders.
WEI-LUN CHANG: I just don't care about that this far. Actually, since I join, this is the first time. Before a tournament, I just think about I should try to make cut, try to make cut. That's all.
Q. You have a good chance.
WEI-LUN CHANG: Thanks.
Q. You had a good start. Talk us through your round. You started well. You got birdie on the 2nd. Is that right?
WEI-LUN CHANG: Yes, 2nd and 3rd and par-3 -- two par-3 for birdie. Back nine is 13 and 15, par-5, and last hole.
Q. I saw you. Looked like about 6 foot? On the last hole?
WEI-LUN CHANG: Last hole? It was 9 feet.
Q. Nice putt. Great way to finish. And that long, long hole at the 2nd is a par-5, nearly 700?
WEI-LUN CHANG: Yeah, 700 yards. I was fortunate that it was not much windy for me. Good driver on the fairway, second shot 3-wood, and then third shot hit 132 but a little bit into the wind. I had good contact.
Q. It was close.
WEI-LUN CHANG: Only like 4 feet for birdie. It was a good start for me.
Q. What are your ambitions in golf generally and on the Tour? You just make cuts and just get better?
WEI-LUN CHANG: Yeah, I think for me I think about every tournament -- actually, every tournament is a lot of pressure for me. Have to keep card for next year. So every event is just trying to make the cut and do my best. That's it. It's simple.
Q. Is this your last event of the year?
WEI-LUN CHANG: Next we have LIV promotion. I will play that.
Q. Is this the biggest event you have played?
WEI-LUN CHANG: No, I just --
Q. Saudi International?
WEI-LUN CHANG: Yes, it's a big event.
Q. This is your first one?
WEI-LUN CHANG: First one, yes.
Q. You're not nervous, though?
WEI-LUN CHANG: Actually, I'm nervous but just try to relax and not think about it too much.
Q. How did you start in golf? Did your father?
WEI-LUN CHANG: Actually, it was my grandfather. He teach me starting to play golf. He also is a coach, is a pro. He's 80 years old.
Q. He's 80?
WEI-LUN CHANG: Yes.
Q. He's still alive though?
WEI-LUN CHANG: Yes, I stay with my parents and grandfather and grandma.
Q. Hopefully he's watching.
WEI-LUN CHANG: He will always watch me play golf.
Q. He came close in Indonesia last month.
Q. Yes, I saw that. So you're in good form. You're playing well.
WEI-LUN CHANG: Thank you.
