Q. It's a big week for you and for Saudi golf. Talk me through your feelings about the week and what you're looking forward to.
SAUD AL SHARIF: Yeah, excited honestly. It's been a long time coming as well. Feels like it was a long season for all of us, and we're excited to play our home open.
Just got to contain that excitement to go out there and play the best.
Q. What is it about this course that you think suits you or that you like so much?
SAUD AL SHARIF: I think it's the advantage of just knowing the overall layout and structure of the place because given that we're all from -- this is our home base here, at least me, Faisal, and Khalid. That brings a bit of easement to us while playing, knowing that there's some areas that we know in the back of our mind not to go to and use that to our advantage. Yeah, I think that's the most thing.
Q. How do you prepare for this week? Like every year as it comes around, is there anything you do to prepare? And how nice is it to have a home course?
SAUD AL SHARIF: In terms of preparations, I feel like we've played this event many times, and we've managed to make a few mistakes that hopefully we can learn from. So that also is a big role in our progress in these events, the big events, getting used to the excitement and the pressure, the home pressure.
I guess it's also a good thing for the fans to cheer on some Saudi -- a few Saudi professionals this week, and hopefully one of us can -- or all of us can go out and play well.
Q. Just lastly, there's a new initiative, the WOW Festival and the concerts. What do you think this brings to this element of golf?
SAUD AL SHARIF: It brings entertainment, a bit more noise to the tournament. I guess we -- that's very important to realize that golf should be all about fun and about the people who want to come and watch are also going to have a lot of fun at the same time.
Yeah, it's exciting to see. Obviously this year has been the loudest of all the past years, and that's a good thing.
