Q. You got five birdies today. Walk us through the round. What were you feeling, and what went through your mind?
REDA EL HALI: Actually, I made five birdies and three bogeys, but the three bogeys, I did easy up-and-downs. But it's fine, it's golf.
Q. It's a bit of a roller coaster, yeah.
REDA EL HALI: I enjoyed my game today, and I'll take it.
Q. You played at IS Morocco earlier this year and now here. What's the difference? How has your game changed?
REDA EL HALI: My game changed a lot. When I went to USA and joined NCAA Division I, Odessa College, I changed my swing with my coach. Then I feel like I'm hitting the ball better. I want to say thanks for him because he improved my game a lot. Thanks.
Q. As an amateur, how do you feel playing in such a strong field with Dustin Johnson, Talor Gooch, all the biggest names?
REDA EL HALI: It's a good experience for me to play with the good players and see how they work like in workout or how they play, how they practice and everything. It's going to be good for me this week.
Q. What is your plan going into tomorrow?
REDA EL HALI: My plan is -- when I talk to my coach, he just told me -- we did like the golf manager, and he told me it's going to be 3-under easy for you. My plan is to play 3-under, but if I can do better, I'm going to do better. Maybe tomorrow 4-under so I can correct my score today.
