Q. Were you nervous watching this whole round today? What was going through your head?
YOSUKE ASAJI: I was not nervous at all. I just want to see what's happening today. Depends on the other players' results today. I just want to see what's happening today.
Q. When did you know it was certain, like the moment?
YOSUKE ASAJI: I was so happy with my wife and my caddie, we were together. We can get in the LIV event. I was so happy.
Q. Can you sum up the feeling of knowing you're going to be a LIV Golf player next year? How does that settle in, the feeling?
YOSUKE ASAJI: I don't know yet right now. I'm a JGTO member still. I don't know if I became a member. It would be nice, but I didn't hear that.
Q. If you get into LIV Golf, does that affect you because you're a JGTO member?
YOSUKE ASAJI: Not at all. He can play in JGTO field still even though he's a LIV Golfer.
Q. So he doesn't know how to feel yet basically?
YOSUKE ASAJI: Yes.
Q. Can you pick out a moment that feels really important to you on the International Series, that feels life changing?
YOSUKE ASAJI: Winning the Singapore Open was very, very valuable for me because I didn't hear anything to become a LIV Golfer when I win the Singapore Open, but the result can come like this. So I would say winning the Singapore Open is very big for me.
Q. Your thoughts on the pathway that the International Series is offering players?
YOSUKE ASAJI: After winning the Singapore Open, I noticed that I am No. 2 in the International Series rankings, and I thought, oh, I have a pathway to LIV Golf. I have a chance to do this. After winning the Singapore Open, I didn't think about that path. Later on I'm thinking, oh, I'm No. 2. I can do this pathway.
Q. And one final question. What are your plans in the upcoming months?
YOSUKE ASAJI: After this, I have to go to Japanese Tour for two weeks, Casio Open and Nippon Series JT Championship. After that, I have to workout and practice and try to speak English, study English. I need it.
