Q. You have come alive in this team event, feeding off your playing partners brilliantly. How was it out there today?
NICOLE GARCIA: It was great fun. We knew it was going to be tough. There was a lot of wind out there today, and this golf course is obviously designed for the wind. There was a couple of long holes but I think my team was in good spirits and we really tried hard. It was tough to make the putts on these greens but my team managed to pull it off so I'm really proud.
Q. You're very much in contention in the individual. What has been going so well for you this week because I have to say that was one heck of a 2-putt on 6 to drop two shots, but wow you must have been giving yourself a pat on the back for that.
NICOLE GARCIA: Yeah, like I said, when I walked up to that putt, having a look at how far away from the pin it was and the undulation that it had coming back, but when I was thinking about mine, I'm lucky to three-putt this. But I've been practicing my putting a lot, pace. Putting has been my weak point and that's been my focus the past few months.
Thank goodness on No. 6, the practice paid off.
Q. 18 holes remaining tomorrow. You're looking for your first win on the Ladies European Tour. You must be happy about where your game is right now?
NICOLE GARCIA: Yeah, for sure, I've had a lot much chances this year, played really well. I like this golf course. I think I had a Top-10 here earlier this year and I think it really lends to my game. I had a few wayward shots out there today, so I'll hit the range and just go out and enjoy tomorrow.
Whatever happens, happens, and if there is a win that will be amazing but at the same time the competition is tough so I'm just going to try my best and if it works, then great.
