Q. Bogey-free today.
RILEY RENNELL: Yeah.
Q. What were you seeing out there?
RILEY RENNELL: I was just hitting it really -- I was hitting it really solid. My ball striking was on pointe this week.
I think I had two bogeys all week, so it was very solid. Had just a -- I got a brand new putter, so that helped a lot with my putting. So I'm going to keep this putter, it's safe to say. (Laughing.)
It was a good week.
Q. And so this is your career best finish.
RILEY RENNELL: Uh-huh.
Q. How are you feeling right now?
RILEY RENNELL: I'm so happy. Like just to have a chance, I felt really calm and really good out there. Just like keep on pushing, keep playing well, and just it was so surreal to see my name climb up the leaderboard.
I felt like I played really well, but it was just like -- it felt like easy today, so it was really fun.
Q. And then does this give you any extra momentum going into Q-School and into the next Epson season?
RILEY RENNELL: Very much so. I didn't have full status for this year, so this will put me in a good position to have really good status next year.
I did not get to play in all the tournaments last year, so my first tournament last year was Kansas, and if I didn't play well in Kansas I wouldn't play the rest of the year.
So I'm very excited going into Q-School. This is a lot of good momentum. I'm very excited about my new putter. (Laughter.)
