BRYSON DeCHAMBEAU: Yeah, I just didn't hit it well on the back nine today. I didn't hit it as well as yesterday. If I hit it better, I win by four or five. Bottom line I've got to keep working on it, and job is not done, and I want to win one of these.
Q. Can I ask you about two shots? 17, that second shot was ridiculous.
BRYSON DeCHAMBEAU: Yeah, it was good. I clipped the tree perfectly. No, I was trying to throw it in the back bunkers and get up-and-down and cut the tree but it didn't get there but got close. It was one of those things that I just tried to accomplish is get in that back bunker, get up-and-down. It got into a place where I could get it up-and-down, and I just hit a bad drive. I hit a bad drive on 18, and you can't do that if you're trying to win a championship. It's on me. I've got to work on my golf swing harder.
Q. Were you able to make par on 11?
BRYSON DeCHAMBEAU: Yeah. So I knew if I went far enough left I was okay. Again, that's where I started to break down. I pulled it a little bit too much, and I've got to work on that under pressure. But I am finally getting back to where I can play and compete under pressure consistently.
Q. This has to be a positive week for you.
BRYSON DeCHAMBEAU: Yeah, it shows I can compete with the best of them. My game is back, and I've just got to tighten things up for next week and the week after, which that's a major. I want to win a major.
