Q. Talking about the game yesterday, you hit a home run. A two-hit game for you. How are both of you feeling going into the tournament?
TY KELLY: Ryan?
RYAN LAVARNWAY: We're getting in a rhythm. I haven't been playing baseball in spring training this year, so it's nice to get my feet underneath me for a couple of days, get a couple of games and at-bats under my belt and really meet the team, because we haven't played together much yet.
TY KELLY: Yeah, and I felt really good. I've gotten to prepare in Peoria, which I feel like we've talked about before, but for anyone else that doesn't know, I've been able to train with the Mariners on the Minor League side, so I've gotten some live at-bats and got to hit off the Trajekt machine, which I feel like I sponsor at this point. I've talked about it so much. So I felt really good.
Q. For Dean, you are just joining the team now. How are you feeling about the guys in the room, and how are you feeling physically going into the tournament?
DEAN KREMER: I mean, I've met a handful before and come across a couple through the Minor Leagues. Saw a lot of familiar faces, some new faces. From what I've heard, we've got a pretty decent squad that they have kind of put together. Excited to see everybody play for sure. I'm feeling pretty solid. My spring has gone well so far.
