Q. 70 goals, 70 assists, it looks like you have to be in the League a long time in order to accomplish something lining this but there's consistency across games and across years. What do you take from being the newest member of that club?
DIEGO FAGĂNDEZ: I think it's amazing. It's something that I'm very proud of. I've been trying to accomplish it since last year. I felt like 69 was hunting me a little bit, especially this year. Like I have opportunities to score and they are not going in.
But I'm very thankful for my teammates. Today I got an opportunity again and I was able to do that.
But like you said, it's all these years and grinding and putting in shifts and scoring when I have the chance, assisting when I have a chance. And like I said today, there's many more hopefully.
So my next step will be 80-80. So hopefully I can accomplish that here this year and next year, but all I can do is just keep going and try to get as far as I can.
Q. Talk about a little bit of the comeback. It's 1-0, you guys get in front with Joveljic and get scored by a set piece. Was that your guy marking? I saw you disappointed. How did you comeback for the second and third goal?
We are such a good team and we can score goals and we know that. Today's goal, the first one was really good. I think Gabriel (ph) goes one-on-one takes a shot. And we have our No. 9 in the right spot, which that's why he's scoring goals this year, he has six this year, and that's what we want. We want him to keep scoring goals, keep him happy. He's putting in that work and that's why he's getting these chance. That's amazing for him, very happy for him.
The set piece, I was in the near post, and I don't know which player that was, but at the end of the day we all need to be better. I think this year, we haven't been the best at set pieces and we need to really step up. Because in this league, if you're really good at blocking set pieces and defending set pieces, you can be a really good team. Like I said, we can score goals. So if we can just fix those mistakes and be stronger there, we'll definitely be winning more games without teams coming back and tying.
Q. The Galaxy are one of the best teams right now on the road in the League. We've seen you guys put up some good performances, good characters, with comebacks as well. What's been the reason why this team has accomplished this record so far on the road?
I think it's the personnel that we have. The commitment that we do to each other, the hard work that we put in. I think from day one, we knew that any team could score on us and we could comeback and we believe it. We have such good players on the field and on the bench that we could score goals.
So we just have to trust the system, keep doing what we've been doing when we have opportunities to finish teams, we need to do that. At the end of the day, we are all working hard for each other and I think that's what's making us a really good team. Our attack is unbelievable like always. Like I said, now we just have to work defensively all together and set pieces is the No. 1 thing that we really need to work on. If we cover that, like I said, we'll be one of the best teams.
