Cavaliers 114, Wizards 105
Q. What do you think made the difference for them there in the fourth quarter?
KYLE KUZMA: I mean, we had a little tough time guarding their pick-and-roll. We did a great job on Donovan Mitchell tonight, trying to take him out of the game. But they were just a little bit bigger than us coming out of those pick-and-rolls, being able to throw it over the top. Sometimes our low man might have been a guard or whatnot with Jared on down there, and then we just had a couple unfortunate plays in the fourth. I don't know, a couple times I drove, I feel like didn't get nothing there.
Q. Coach Keefe talked about Johnny's defense. What have you seen from him the last three games while he's been in the rotation?
KYLE KUZMA: He's playing hard. Playing hard.
Q. Did you see kind of a return to a better more resilient team, closer to where you guys were heading into the All-Star break compared to the last two games?
KYLE KUZMA: Yeah, for sure. The effort was just much better today, even down three rotation players. Bilal got hurt in the first five minutes.
We showed much more fight, much more fight.
Q. What steps do you as the team leader need to take, and what do your teammates need to do to try to make sure the final 26 games are as productive as possible for the franchise and for yourselves?
KYLE KUZMA: We've just got to be professional at the end of the day. We've got to just take care of our business every single day, and we have to just have that certain attention to detail because everything matters. Win, loss, draw, it's all about the habits that we create right now that hopefully we plant and they sprout next season. It's all about the habits every single day, every single night.
