Suns 130, Wizards 123
Q. First of all, what was it like as you guys were trying to charge back toward the end and Keefe rolled with sort of a hot lineup?
KYSHAWN GEORGE: Just trying to string plays upon plays, stop looking at the score at some point and just try to make the right play on the floor on offense.
Q. What was it like, just the hot start that you had making your first four threes, setting the course for the rest of the night?
KYSHAWN GEORGE: Felt good. Been trying to get shots to go in for a while now. I'm just happy that they finally dropped.
Q. You remained confident in the shot even when it wasn't falling. Have you changed anything about your form since the start of the season or is it just luck?
KYSHAWN GEORGE: No, definitely not luck, but just the work I put in when y'all not here, off days, working out on my own, with the team, with my coaches, and just trusting my shot.
Q. Can you give people who don't know an example of the work you put in on an off day with the shot particularly?
KYSHAWN GEORGE: I'm just getting reps. After the game I'll ask somebody to contest sometimes, and I just try to make it as game-like as possible.
Q. One of the things Brian likes about you is your ability to connect your teammates and make the right play. How much pride do you take in that element of your game?
KYSHAWN GEORGE: I mean, for me, I'm on the court before other people, and I never lose my head at any point, and I think there's an advantage on every certain aspect, whether it's me or JV or Corey or whoever is on the court with me has an advantage. I'm just trying to make the right play to make people's (indiscernible).
Q. How valuable is that kind of attitude, thought to a team to just have the team functioning the way it can possibly can function?
KYSHAWN GEORGE: Well, to me it's important, but I probably undervalue it because that's just how I am as a person, and for me it won't work if -- it's a team sport. You're not on the court by yourself. I can't really give you like a level of how important it is. It's just how I play.
Q. Your sort of signature celebration, how would you describe that? Our color analyst said it's like a gas mask, but I don't know if that's correct?
KYSHAWN GEORGE: I don't know, I just rock with it. I liked it. Seeing three fingers, that's what matters.
