THE MODERATOR: Guys, not the ending that you wanted for tonight, but can you take away a few lessons after the loss.
KEEGAN BRADLEY: It was a really fun year. Jupiter played great tonight. They played great against us last time we played. They just beat us tonight. We had a good year, it was really fun, look forward to next year.
THE MODERATOR: We'll open it up for questions.
Q. Reflecting on this season, what kind of has been your biggest success getting to this point?
RORY McILROY: Yeah, I think we improved a lot since last year. I think there was a lot of learning from last year as well, just in terms of like what certain shots do in here compared to outside. Just sort of figuring that out. Another year of figuring out the green and the reads and obviously it's a different environment. I think we all improved. I think we all felt more comfortable in here. Great addition in Michael as well. He really helped us come through those first couple matches. Yeah, obviously not the way we wanted everything to end, but there's always next year.
Q. Rory, fatigue-wise, how did you feel out there today?
RORY McILROY: It's well past my bedtime so I think that's -- no, I felt fine. I was a little worried, I would say, obviously was on pain killers anti inflammatories all of last week, so just sort of coming off those, just how I would feel on Monday. But felt fine yesterday. Feel fine today. So that wasn't an issue, thankfully.
Q. Obviously your guys' first playoff appearance. Did this match feel any different than the regular season matches, like a real playoff environment?
ADAM SCOTT: Yeah, definitely, it's kind of win or go home. Unfortunately, we're on the go home end of that tonight. It can swing so quick. I think it was a fast start from both teams, but it all felt really steady there. A couple things went their way, didn't go our way, and that's the beauty of this kind of format, it all happens quick. To guarantee a win you got to be hot for all the holes, and they were tonight.
Q. Can each of you guys tell us what your schedule will be leading up to the Masters, and Rory, any chance we can get a little sneak peak on your Tuesday dinner.
KEEGAN BRADLEY: I'm leaving tonight and playing Tampa, and then the Masters, yeah.
RORY McILROY: I think the Masters is going to be my next event, and I've got a press conference there on zoom at 11:00 a.m. tomorrow to reveal the menu, so...
ADAM SCOTT: Yeah, I'm not sure. I'll figure out my schedule tomorrow. I might play one of the events before the Masters.
Q. Rory, your investment, you guys all have an investment in the league, but particularly what do you kind of do over the off-season before next TGL to kind of go over what's worked, what hasn't, and what you can do next year to make things a little better?
RORY McILROY: Yeah, absolutely. I think we're going to add a couple more teams, so that will be pretty exciting, pretty interesting. Make it sort of even more competitive than it is already. Obviously then we'll have new players coming into the league, which is exciting.
Then, from a game play standpoint, I feel like the guys made some improvements both in the technology and in the size of the green going into this year. So, yeah, the nice thing is it's a short TGL season, so there's a lot of time to think about things and refine things. And there's obviously a great team behind the scenes at TGL to do that. They take players' feedback and -- but, yeah, obviously just trying to make it better each and every year.
