Quick Quotes

Q. Not quite the fireworks of yesterday. How hard is it to back up a round like that?

CHRISTIAAN BEZUIDENHOUT: Yeah, it's always tough. I thought I was swinging good until I got on the golf course today. I just couldn't really build momentum or too many makeable putts like yesterday. It was just a slow round, a slow day today.

Q. Did you feel a score was out there, bearing in mind the conditions?

CHRISTIAAN BEZUIDENHOUT: Yeah, the first 13, 14 holes was great, was a little softer and a little more gettable than yesterday, but I just didn't hit the ball well enough today to give myself chances and to make putts.

Q. What will you work on now going into the weekend?

CHRISTIAAN BEZUIDENHOUT: Yeah, just do the same stuff. I'm in better range, try to get a better feeling over the weekend and finish strong.

Q. Give us a sense of the atmosphere with the fans being back?

CHRISTIAAN BEZUIDENHOUT: Yeah, it's awesome. Nice to have the fans back. They are very generous and respectful, and yeah, it's nice to have atmosphere again and hear the roars and clapping. Nice to see people having a good time, as well.

Q. Being in the final few groups tomorrow, how much are you looking forward to the challenge of the weekend?

CHRISTIAAN BEZUIDENHOUT: It's going to be great. I'm going to go to the range now and try to get my game back on track and try and get a feeling I can take to the golf course tomorrow. I'm looking forward to it.
