Q. Talk about that 65.
CASEY JARVIS: Yeah, it was really solid. Been playing nicely lately. Just the results haven't been showing how nicely I've been playing.
So to post 7-under today my first time around Wentworth is very special.
Q. What pleased you most about your performance out there?
CASEY JARVIS: I made a soft bogey on 13 and I kind of bounced back very good and made I think five birdies in a row coming in. Yeah, I just stayed positive, and yeah, finished strong.
Q. Were all parts of your game firing? They have to be for a score like that, don't they?
CASEY JARVIS: Yeah, I struggled a little bit off the tee early on but my putter kind of saved me a little. And yeah, I rolled in a few good putts towards the end. So very pleased with that.
Q. You mentioned it is your first time around here in championship conditions. What has that experience opinion like for you?
CASEY JARVIS: Yeah, unreal to see all the fans. I mean, yeah, first time, it's honestly special and just honestly looking forward to the next three days.
Q. The course obviously suits your eye, doesn't it? You've taken a liking to it early on.
CASEY JARVIS: Yeah, I would like to think so. I mean, I enjoyed it in the practice round and obviously enjoyed it today, yeah.
Q. Not the easiest of conditions to have to contend with today but rain and fair amount of wind, stop/start round, as well. How tough was it?
CASEY JARVIS: Yeah, I kind of expected it being in obviously in the U.K. knowing that it rains a lot. So it wasn't easy but I just try to stay positive, and yeah, just enjoy myself.
Q. How do you build on this round? Notoriously difficult to follow up a low one with another one?
CASEY JARVIS: Yeah, I'm just going to stay patient, try to play the exact same game I played today. If the putts don't go in tomorrow, they don't go in, but yeah, just stay patient.
