Q. Talk us through that second round 69.
NACHO ELVIRA: I don't think I played as good as I did yesterday off the tee. Still, the wind picked up a little bit after four or five holes, and I struggled a little bit off the tee but I managed to have a good finish and squeeze a couple birdies in.
Q. Makes it feel a lot nicer when you have a couple birdies to finish up a round?
NACHO ELVIRA: Especially, bonus on 7. I hit a decent shot but not all the way down. I made like a 50-footer all the way up the hill. That was a bonus, instead of going away with a five, I made a birdie. Pretty happy. I'm going to hit the range this afternoon and try to hit a couple drivers but all good.
Q. Good day for the Elvira household; your brother is just up there.
NACHO ELVIRA: Yeah, I see him going out in good form, I'm glad for him. I know he was nervous. I told him he's playing great ask doing all the right things, so just a matter of time.
Q. How enjoyable will this tournament be for you with all the fans around?
NACHO ELVIRA: I love it. This is the place to be. This is the Flagship Event of the DP World Tour. It's a place where we want to excel and play good, and hopefully we can do that on the weekend.
