BRYSON DeCHAMBEAU: I got some treatment on my feet. I don't know, just ate a little bit of food, some pasta.
Man, what's nice is coming out into some soft conditions. That little chip shot became a helluva lot easier for me. So I just chipped it out to the right exactly what I saw. I don't know if you saw, but I was studying it before I left. I was like this looks perfect, came out, still looks perfect, hit it exactly where I wanted it to land, and it went right in the frickin' hole.
Q. Your putts seemed to be a little off early, like the longer putts. Greens too fast or you didn't calculate the speed right?
BRYSON DeCHAMBEAU: No, I didn't calculate the speed right. The putting green was just a fraction slower, and I just didn't adjust to it very well. So I sucked at that.
Q. You've been Tom Cruise's stunt double the last week and a half. How do you find time to still actually practice to shoot 5-under around here?
BRYSON DeCHAMBEAU: Man, it's been preparation my whole entire life, man. I've gotten to a place where I feel really comfortable with my game, comfortable with the people around me, comfortable with my team.
We get out here through the golf course and go through all of our parameters that make me one of the better players out here, and I just try to play the best golf after that.
