Q. Adrian, you just won your first LIV event under the lights against this field. How meaningful is this win?
ADRIAN MERONK: Yeah, it's super special. I was nervous all day. I played quite good in the beginning, then got -- it was a fight at the end.
But super happy that I crossed the line, and it was very satisfying, definitely, winning that tournament.
Q. When you bogeyed 10 and 11, what did you tell yourself as you were walking towards that 12th tee?
ADRIAN MERONK: I was just trying to tell myself, you're still in it, just keep -- you still have six holes to go, just keep swinging and playing well, just keep believing in yourself, and it worked. So I'm glad I came back after that.
Q. The USGA this week offered LIV Golf a spot at the U.S. Open this June. As a non-exempt player, how important is that?
ADRIAN MERONK: Very important, yeah. That's going to be on my goal list for sure. I'm going to focus on that, just to keep going, keep playing good golf, and hopefully I can get a spot.
Q. Golf is a very small sport in Poland. Do you think this win will resonate back home?
ADRIAN MERONK: I hope so. It keeps growing, and that's also my job, to grow the game back home. For everyone watching me back home, just get some play and join me. But I hope it will help, yeah.
