Q. I wanted to ask you about playing four weeks in a row. It's a challenge I assume?
DAVID PUIG: For sure. I played seven weeks in a row at the beginning of the year, so this one --
Q. This is like halfway through.
DAVID PUIG: Yeah. But again, I want to do as much as I can to play in the majors and to play on the Olympics, and this year if I wanted to do that, it required a lot of sacrifice and a lot of travel, and I was willing to do that.
Again, if I look back right now, making three majors in the Olympic team is a dream come true. I wouldn't change a thing. Obviously I wanted to play better in some of the majors. I think I didn't play very good. But yeah, it made sense. So yeah, if I need to do it next year, I will.
Q. What does it mean to have Rahm as an Olympic teammate?
DAVID PUIG: It means the world. He's a great friend. We share a lot of stuff together, coaches, workout guy and pretty much everything. So yeah, having him alongside me, and he's a great friend, and I learn a lot from him, so I'm excited for that.
Q. You're still competing against him.
DAVID PUIG: I'm still competing against him, but at the same time it's a type of different competition. I wish him the very best because we're playing for the same thing. So hopefully we both can have a good week.
