Q. Here at the weekend at Pelican, did you get the sense coming into the week that your game was in this sort of condition?
JENNIFER KUPCHO: No. Honestly I kind of just came into the week not really expecting much. Had three weeks off so really kind of took it easy. I definitely practiced, but this course is maybe not one to not practice for.
So, yeah, I kind of just came into the week hoping that stuff would go well and really just take it as preparation for next week at CME; similar grass being bermuda. So just use it as practice this week.
Q. A very good practice week it ended up being, a victorious practice week. We'll see how it goes. There is also something else you're thinking about winning, the Aon Risk-Reward Challenge. $1 million on the line. You need to take and eagle over four rounds on the 14th hole. So you did the difficult bit today making an eagle. Tell us about that.
JENNIFER KUPCHO: Yeah, I mean, it's definitely still possible. I think A Lim can still pass me, so kind of maybe try and throw in another eagle this weekend.
But yeah, I hit driver, 3-wood to front edge of the green probably 50- or 60-foot putt. Yeah, me and my caddie fist pumped afterwards, so it was fun. It was quite the celebration. It was pretty cool.
Q. You had a busy week already. I understand you had a chance to meet Caitlin Clark earlier in the week. She was here playing in the pro-am. What was that like and how important was it to have such a big star on site here this week?
JENNIFER KUPCHO: Yeah, it's amazing to have Caitlin out here. Also I'm a big Fever fan, so her and Sophie and Lexie are three of my favorites. I was very nervous going to meet them, like shaking more than I shake over a putt.
But, yeah, it was really cool. Really exciting. Awesome to see them support women's sports as well, women's golf. It's great to see them out here.
