Q. So that was a good round today. Tell me about what you did on your final hole there on No. 9.

ARIYA JUTANUGARN: You know, like actually this week I feel like (indiscernible) is really challenge, really tough. The green is like really firm.

To me, on No. 9 I'm not expect anything. Just really want to hit on the green because it's pretty hard. We have like 197 to the pin and downwind and the green's really hard.

So, you know, just like past, I hit like past the green a bit and on the fringe and I make the putt.

Q. How long was the putt?

ARIYA JUTANUGARN: 20 feet, I think.

Q. Okay.

ARIYA JUTANUGARN: 25.

Q. So just off the green?

ARIYA JUTANUGARN: I think, yeah.

Q. All right. Overall how have you been playing? You just had a good day today. I loved yesterday. Start with a birdie and end with a birdie.

ARIYA JUTANUGARN: Only two birdies I had.

Yeah, you know, I just feel more comfortable with my game right now because I felt like I start to hit better since like Chevron, and, you know, my putter just never go in, so I just have to work on my putting; and this week is getting much better.

Q. How have you been working on that? Have you been focusing in your practice?

ARIYA JUTANUGARN: I just feel like my ball doesn't start online, so I just have to figure it out how to make my ball start online.

Q. Did you stay in California after Chevron?

ARIYA JUTANUGARN: Yeah, we went to -- we stay in L.A. for few days and went to Big Bear for few days, yeah.

Q. How was that?

ARIYA JUTANUGARN: It was fun. You know, we just changed the place to sleep in, you know. It's nothing much. We went to hike one day. Pretty tired, like long walk, yep.

Q. Overall what do you think about this golf course? Is it a challenging one? And this wind is not easy.

ARIYA JUTANUGARN: Honestly, like first day when I got here I feel like the course is like nothing much, wind, like it's no wind.

Actually when but I keep playing I find this course pretty challenge because like the green is really small and it's really firm, so no matter what iron you hit on the green you can't stop the ball.

So that's the main thing on this course.

Q. How are you handling this wind?

ARIYA JUTANUGARN: I would say it's so tough, you know, because it's really windy. Especially like even I play in the morning yesterday it's still really windy. I just have to keep my ball low and like adjust like the wind and, you know, just play with the wind.

Q. I talked to Haeji Kang and Sarah Kemp, and Haeji said she practiced some of those low shots before she came here. Did you think about that at all before you got here or more when you got here?

ARIYA JUTANUGARN: I'm not really thinking about like practice my low shot, because I kind of think if I want to do it I be able to do it.

So it's just like, you know, make sure I have a good decision, like what club I'm going to hit to the green.
