Q. All right, joining me here today after the first round of the LOTTE Championship is Nelly Korda. Nelly, can you talk just a little bit about your round and about being in Hawai'i for the first time in a few years?
NELLY KORDA: Yeah, it's great to be back in you Hawai'i. The weather is always amazing. Everyone is very friendly and just being back here, it's nice to play in front of the Hawai'ian fans.
A little bit of an up and down round, but overall, you know, happy to get it in at 3-under par. Definitely have a long way to go to get in contention.
Q. Your sister has played in tournaments out here as well.
NELLY KORDA: Uh-huh.
Q. How do you lean on her through the ups and downs of Tour life?
NELLY KORDA: Yeah, by now, honestly, I should know, but it's always nice to have family in your corner to be able to lean on them, for them to pick you up when you don't have the strength sometimes to do it yourself.
So having people that have experienced this kind of life is always great to have in your corner.
Q. I think it's a different golf course than the last time you came out to play the LOTTE.
NELLY KORDA: Yeah.
Q. What did you make the Hoakalei and its challenges and opportunities today?
NELLY KORDA: Yeah, I've played in Hawai'i I think three times and on three different golf courses.
It's nice. It's definitely challenging. The rough is very sticky. It may not be really long, but it is very penalizing when you do get into it around the greens because you kind of have to chop at it.
But overall, I mean it's a beautiful golf course. Definitely has a little bit more water than maybe Ko Olina, and Kapolei.
