Q. All right, joining me here today after the second round of the Honda LPGA Thailand is Hannah Green. Hannah, bogey-free 65 today. Can you just talk about what went well out there?
HANNAH GREEN: The putter was very hot today. I think I had maybe seven one-putts on the back nine. Missed a couple greens and also made some really good par saves as well as some really good birdie putts.
Overall, pretty solid. Didn't make too many mistakes. Felt like yesterday was maybe a couple hiccups with decision making, but, yeah, today was much better.
Q. People are really going low today. What do you think the key to management on this course is?
HANNAH GREEN: Yeah, the par-5s are playing a little different to usual. They're actually a lot easier to reach besides the 18th hole, which they moved back the tee, but there is just so many birdies to be made. Every green has its quirks to it, but when you can see that ball roll in I feel like that gives you massive confidence. I feel like that's what ever you know was doing today, taking advantage of that.
We see every year the scores are always super low, so hopefully I can keep my foot on the gas and try and catch Somi.
Q. And it seemed like you guys were having fun out there. How important is that when you're battling the heat like this?
HANNAH GREEN: Yeah, it makes a difference having a great pairing. I have played with Ina and Julia in practice rounds but haven't really seen them up close in person, so I was like 20 to 30 meters behind them all day, first to hit every time, so I felt like I had to walk really quick.
But they're really lovely company, so it was nice. Who knows, I might be paired with Julia again tomorrow.
