Q. Standing with the champion, Leona Maguire. You've come so close the last two years. How did you get the job done this year?

LEONA MAGUIRE: Yeah, I mean, I feel like I've taken different things from both years. I've been playing some really good golf leading into this week, and just tried to be patient.

It was nice to go bogey-free I think on Sunday, and my goal today was to get to 20-under. Nice to go one better than that.

Q. So players know the first win is special. This is your second. What does it mean to win the second?

LEONA MAGUIRE: Yeah, I mean, like I said, I felt like I played some really good golf last year. Missed out on a playoff here, second at CME. You have to play really good golf to win out here. It's tough.

It's a really nice feeling to get this one, and especially heading into the majors we have coming up.

Q. Speaking of, you're sponsored by KPMG. We're rolling into the KPMG Women's PGA. I mean, it's an obvious question, but what do you take into major season now?

LEONA MAGUIRE: Yeah, feel like my game has been in really good shape. I had my coach over last week, which was nice. Fine tuned a few things. I think he's in the air right now on the way to Newark, so catch up with him again next week. Yeah, just try more of the same. I think just stay patient and give myself as many chances as I can.
