Q. ...rocketed you up the leaderboard. What are you pleased about most about where performance today?
PATTY TAVATANAKIT: I think overall pace of my game, the way I was walking. I feel like the overall energy, momentum was really good. Not too fast, not too slow. Just in a good zone.
Q. And as of now you're one of 8 players to be under par. Why do you think that is?
PATTY TAVATANAKIT: I mean, I played solid the first two days. That would separate a lot because it's really tight out here. Got to be a little bit more precise with your irons as well. I mean, a lot of putts dropped for me luckily the past two days, so I think that really helped.
Q. And you're leading the field with the par-5s. Obviously a long hitter yourself. Do you see that as a advantage going into the weekend?
PATTY TAVATANAKIT: Yeah, as long as I keep it in the fairway and keep scoring well on the par-5s. I feel like I've worked on my wedge game a little bit last week, or off weeks, just so I could score on the par-5s better, and it's been paying off.
