NASA HATAOKA: I think improve my putting than yesterday, better than yesterday.
Q. What did you do to improve the putting?
NASA HATAOKA: My bad stroke is short takeaway and hit sometimes really hard or really short.
So I trying to get longer takeaway and good acceleration.
Q. What was the most memorable birdie on the card?
NASA HATAOKA: 16 today.
Q. What happened there?
NASA HATAOKA: I hit tee shot upper level today, so it was really quick putt. Yeah, I made it.
Q. What were the conditions like for you?
NASA HATAOKA: Green is softer than last year so I can hit more aggressive to the pin.
Still I need to hit good putt. It's because green is softer and little bumpy. So it was good today.
Q. What do you take from today heading into the weekend? How much do you enjoy Evian?
NASA HATAOKA: My shots still -- my swing feeling still off, so I need to find something, one key on the range.
Same thing on putting.
Q. How much do you like returning to this event?
NASA HATAOKA: This is my fourth time this tournament, and, yeah, really challenging golf course, but I'm really enjoying here.
Q. What will you focus on in the range with your swing?
NASA HATAOKA: Now in the takeaway, less face rotation. Yeah, sometimes I do a lot of rotation, so I'm trying to less rotation and keep my hands higher.
