Q. Amazing round of 63, Patty. We don't know what's going to happen. When did you start to think, maybe I have a chance today?
PATTY TAVATANAKIT: Probably on 14 after making that put. I felt really comfortable with my irons all week. I feel like even though I aim right or aim left of the flag, somehow just ended up going close to it - unintentionally a couple times.
But I just knew just kept giving myself a lot of good birdie opportunities, and hopefully a putt drops. It did on 18, which I'm really proud of myself.
Q. Talk me through that 18th hole there, especially that putt.
PATTY TAVATANAKIT: Yeah, I've hit a lot of good iron shots like coming up to 18, so I had a good look, and a lot of looks, and everything was just like burning the edge.
I just told myself in the last putt, just trust myself and give it a good stroke. Just feel it out. It went in so I'm really glad.
