Q. All right, joining us after the first round the JM Eagle LA Championship is Suvichaya Vinijchaitham. Really, really great round today; 7-under. Talk about what was going well for you out on the course.
SUVICHAYA VINIJCHAITHAM: I would say my putting was really good today and also my approach shot. Like I hit a lot of greens and make a lot of putts today, and also some of the tee shot like I hit really far, which make me like easier to approach to the green.
Q. You're a rookie this year on Tour. Talk about the adjustment to LPGA Tour life and how a great round like this builds your confidence.
SUVICHAYA VINIJCHAITHAM: Yeah, I'm a rookie on Tour. It's been pretty stressful for me I think. I just think myself out there it's quite hard. I know I went to college in the U.S., but still there is a lot different.
But, yeah, today was a great round for me and kind of like help me build my confident a little bit, yeah.
Q. We have a really strong contingent of Thai players on Tour. Have you talked with them or learned any tips and tricks about life on the LPGA?
SUVICHAYA VINIJCHAITHAM: Yeah, I talked to most of them. They're really nice. They gave me a couple tips to survive on Tour. I think it's very helpful.
Q. You have yourself in a great position after the first round. What do you think will be important to capitalize on this heading into the next three rounds?
SUVICHAYA VINIJCHAITHAM: I think I should just stick to my game plan. Like try not to force it too much. Just play like what I used to play. Just be me out there, yeah.
