Q. Pleased to be joined by Ina Yoon after her second route the JM Eagle LA Championship presented by Plastpro.
Ina, 8-under 64 today. Just talk a little bit about your round, especially those first nine holes.
INA YOON: Yeah, was first nine hole was awesome. I never shoot 29 for nine hole in my life. It was unbelievable. (Smiling.)
The back nine was little bummer, but I had pretty good shot on the back nine as well. Some tricky putts on there. I made some. But it was good overall.
Q. And we've seen another 29 on the back nine as well yesterday. Is the back nine just playing a little bit easier than the front nine?
INA YOON: It's not like big different, but for me I think I like back nine more than front nine.
Q. Like you said last year you played well here as well. What is it about the golf course that you seem to like or goes with your game?
INA YOON: I think I have pretty good driver when I play, so I think I'm pretty good driver player.
When you hit good tee shot then you have a lot of opportunity to take birdies, a lot of birdies.
So, for me it's good to take a lot of busy because I hit pretty -- not really far -- but I hit quite far, and there is a lot of chance to hit wedges to the pin.
Yeah, I think I hit good wedges today so I made a lot of birdies.
Q. When you played here well last year, what did you learn last year that maybe helped you today getting started so quickly?
INA YOON: I know some good spot to hit like in the fairway hole by hole. Like, yeah, I mean, I learn the good spot to hit the second shot.
Q. Where to miss or not miss.
INA YOON: Yes.
Q. I understand. When you shoot a 29, did you start thinking about something really low, like 59?
INA YOON: Actually I don't even realize I shoot 7-under for first nine holes, and I just turn nine holes and look at the scoreboard and oh, I realize it. Oh, okay.
So I kind of set goals on the back nine. Try to make four more birdies but I couldn't make it. I made a lot of birdie chance on the back nine as well but I miss short putts a lot.
But it was tricky putt. It was hard to read and break was little tricky. So, yeah, I realize it after nine holes.
Q. Obviously in good position heading into the weekend. Give us some thoughts on the next couple days and what you feel like you need to do to ultimately win.
INA YOON: I think I stay pretty calm today. Like for next two days, just want to be calm as today and carrying the same mindset into the next two days would be great. (Smiling.)
Q. Are you someone that's comfortable being at the top and having other people chase you down or would you rather be a little back and trying to chase?
INA YOON: I mean, either way is good for me, because try to chase the win is good, and when you being top of the leaderboard that's also nice for me.
But I don't have much like last few -- you know, since last year I don't have much experience like opportunity to play like force to like high rank, high place.
But, yeah, I think that's really good opportunity to me, for me, yeah.
Q. Hopefully this week you'll get that opportunity.
INA YOON: Hopefully.
