Q. All right, here with Chisato Iwai after her second round here at the Mizuho Americas Open. Very great 5-under for you today. How were you able to pull that off in these rainy conditions we had?
CHISATO IWAI: Yeah, so many rain day, so tough condition. But I like rain day, so good image, good feeling. Yeah, I had solid.
Q. What do you like about Liberty National the course, and how does it bring out some of your strengths?
CHISATO IWAI: Very windy, so all days very windy, and changed weather Saturday, so I need prepare rainwear and jacket, so good experience.
Q. Yeah. Is this your first time in the New York area and have you done anything fun?
CHISATO IWAI: Yes. Actually I went to (indiscernible.) I wanted on Monday sightseeing.
Q. What did you go see?
CHISATO IWAI: Just New York City. But airplane delayed so cancel.
But this week, so I ate pizza, yeah. Just fun. Good.
Q. Absolutely. So you're a few months into your rookie season here on the LPGA TOUR. Are you starting to adapt? Are you feeling more confident or comfortable out here?
CHISATO IWAI: Yeah, every week I so nervous, so but I'm good. It's good for me nervous. (Through translation.) My good nervousness feeling was being put out onto the field, so it was a good day, good feeling.
Q. What parts of your golf game would you say is the strongest right now?
CHISATO IWAI: Me.
Q. Uh-huh. Definitely not me.
CHISATO IWAI: Maybe putter.
Q. Putter?
CHISATO IWAI: Yes. My strong point close to the hole, strong putter. That's it.
Q. How do you get experience playing in the rain and why do you like playing in the rain?
CHISATO IWAI: So in Japan eight times won the tournament, so not all day rain, but eight times rain, rain, rain, rain. Yeah, good image I have.
Q. So do you consider rain to be good luck for you?
CHISATO IWAI: Yeah. Yes.
Q. And obviously you played well today. How will you take what you did today and put it towards the weekend and how will you play well on the weekend?
CHISATO IWAI: Good question. Don't think too much. Just trust my instincts. Yeah.
