Q. Okay, here with Carlota Ciganda after her second round. How do you just manage the tricky conditions today? Shot a good score and near the top of the leaderboard.
CARLOTA CIGANDA: Yeah, to be honest I thought we were pretty lucky today with the draw. Playing in the afternoon it didn't rain as much. I thought it was a lot better than what the weather said.
So playing early yesterday, late today, I thought it was easier than what the others had.
So, yeah, I played solid. Played good. Good shots. Hit lots of greens. Had some chances. Yeah, very good round.
Q. Can you just talk through some of the mental challenges when the weather is like this, raining off and on and what you have to do to have that balance?
CARLOTA CIGANDA: Yeah, for me as long as it's not cold it's okay. It did rain a little, but I didn't think it was bad at all. I was expecting a lot worse.
So I think, yeah, preparing for the worst, being very patient out there, yeah, just one shot at a time, yeah, just enjoying playing here.
Q. Long golf course anyway. How did it affect -- the weather affect your game plan of how to attack this course?
CARLOTA CIGANDA: Yeah, it was playing longer for sure. I think with the temperature drop and, yeah, all those changes from yesterday, maybe like one, one and a half clubs more today I thought.
The greens were softer. Some front pins we had to hit like past the pin and then coming back.
Yeah, I thought the course, yeah, it's a fun course to play. You have to hit it good. I like it's soft and it's good for long hitters, but still you still have to put the ball in the hole.
Q. How do you build on the solid performance today going into the next 36 holes?
CARLOTA CIGANDA: Yeah, just doing the same. I think we have a good game plan: Try to hit as many fairways, greens as possible, make a few putts, and I think we'll be up there on Sunday.
