Q. All right, here with Yealimi Noh after her third round at the Mizuho Americas Open. Put together another solid round. Now just a couple shots out of the lead. How happy are you with this day today?
YEALIMI NOH: Very satisfied with this round. Tough conditions from the start. Very windy this morning, throughout the whole day, and I just played really solid. Got a good chip-in on 16 and finished it off well.
Q. Can you tell us about the chip-in?
YEALIMI NOH: Yeah, I was probably like pin high left of the pin, of the green, and I had this slope going downhill towards the pin, left to right.
I had this little ledge that I had a landing spot on, and I just had the perfect spot and perfect shot in mind and executed it and went in, and I was like, yay.
Q. Perfect. You talked about the conditions. Obviously been like three different days, three different types of conditions.
YEALIMI NOH: Uh-huh.
Q. How have you mentally stayed patient through the rain yesterday, the wind today?
YEALIMI NOH: Yeah, just staying really patient. I think I have been hitting my drivers really well. Keeping in the fairway always helps out. And just focusing on hitting a lot of greens and, again, keeping it in the fairways.
Q. I know you're already a winner this season. Now you're in the chase; just a few back tomorrow. What are you taking from that experience after Founders Cup into tomorrow to maybe end up on top tomorrow?
YEALIMI NOH: Again, focusing on hitting the fairways and keeping it on the green. I have been having some really good iron shots this week, and just some good days with the putter.
Yeah, just keeping calm throughout the round tomorrow. Just happy to be in this position here. Haven't had the best finishes at this course, but really happy how I'm playing and hope it continues tomorrow.
Q. I was going to say, I know you missed the cut the last two years here. What have you learned about Liberty National this year? What is working differently for you this year?
YEALIMI NOH: Well, I'm just hitting my driver really great right now. Also I've just been getting my rest for the tournament days. I did spent a lot time outside in the City the last couple years. Yeah, couldn't resist.
Yeah, getting in the rest, hitting my drivers good, and just keeping it on the greens.
