Quick Quotes

Q. Tell me about your round today.

JENNY BAE: I played okay, but (wind) the round is done and all I can do is work harder and hopefully learned for tomorrow.

Q. 3-under; still in near the top of the leaderboard. Was the course just playing really hard or what was it maybe today that was difficult where you felt like you didn't play a good round?

JENNY BAE: I definitely feel like the wind kind of confused me and my caddie a few holes. Aside from that, I just tried really hard to be in the present and stay focused.

Q. Lots of birdies still. What was the key to your birdies? Putting? Approach?

JENNY BAE: I think just everything in general, but my putting is a lot better. It's improving. It's getting there.

So I had a lot of confidence in my putting today.

Q. How have you been preparing for this week over the last few days? I know you said you got here Monday. How have you been preparing while also enjoying the resort maybe?

JENNY BAE: The resort part definitely is still a need to improve part. In terms of golf, I think I just do the same thing, what I do every single week. Just come over here and practice what I need to do and get out of the sun.

Q. Last question: Obviously the heat is a big factor this week. How do you take that into accounts, prepare and stay in control?

JENNY BAE: I think living and practicing in Georgia (Wind interference.) So it's not a big difference. So doesn't play a huge factor.

It's definitely really hot out there, so I'm just trying to stay hydrated.
