Q. Okay, here with third round leader Jenny Bae. Jenny, solid start to the round today. I know not the finish you wanted, but just tell me about the day, especially getting off to three birdies in a row.
JENNY BAE: I was definitely a little nervous and tense heading into the third round. The three birdies back-to-back-to-back was definitely a big confidence booster for me to finish out strong.
I didn't finish as well as I wanted to, but that's okay. Just tells me that I need to fight more the last 18 holes.
Q. Did you ever feel like you were getting frustrated with the amount of pars? Did you think you left any birdies out there? You looked very composed for sure.
JENNY BAE: I don't think I really felt frustrated with all the pars. I feel like I definitely left a few birdies out there, but it's okay because I know those chances that I missed today could also be the birdies that I get tomorrow.
So I feel good.
Q. Heading into tomorrow with a one-stroke lead just like today, what did you learn about the round today and holding your first-ever lead on the LPGA Tour after yesterday?
JENNY BAE: Yeah, it feels great. I just feel like I just need to stay in the moment and just try to focus on every shot and just try to be in the present like my caddie always tells me.
I have a good feeling for tomorrow, so hopefully I'll go low.
Q. Obviously U.S. Women's Open is on the line tomorrow. Have you thought about that entering the week?
JENNY BAE: Actually no. I actually tried to avoid thinking of anything --
Q. Sorry.
JENNY BAE: You're good. Anything that doesn't have to do with the week and the shot I'm currently in.
So if I get in, it's great. If not, it's also okay. As for now, I'm just trying to focus on what I need do tomorrow.
Q. Speaking of tomorrow, just the course, you've had three days on this course. Where do you need to give this course a lot of respect? Where do you have to keep it together on this course?
JENNY BAE: I think I definitely need to be a little more cautious about the wind. There is a lot of wind out there, and it could just as easily give me a birdie, as well it can get me a bogey.
So I think I just need to double take and think a little more right before I hit the shot.
Q. And last question from me: Obviously go in with the lead tomorrow. What's the plan for tonight? What kind of pep talks will you get from the family? I know your mom is here.
JENNY BAE: Eat some good food and get a lot of sleep is what I'm going to do.
