Q. Ronni, well done. 67 today and a lovely front nine. How about those four birdies to start?
RUONING YIN: Well, I think I just -- my swing and my putting just feels very well today.
Those four birdies, I mean, two out of four was on par-5s, and one is like hit a super close. The other one, I mean, I felt like my putting is pretty hot today.
Q. You did putt well. Lovely round of 67. It's hot here. The fans are here. Coming back as the defending champion, I imagine there is a lot of people just behind you right now that want interviews, want you to sign things. How nice is it being back in Malaysia?
RUONING YIN: I mean, I just say in the press conference this tournament probably is one of my favorite stops of all year, and every time I come here and play, I can hear some like Chinese fans shouting my name.
Just feels really good to have their support.
Q. And playing with Jeeno, who's behind you, you guys are going to be busy this afternoon signing caps and things.
RUONING YIN: Yeah, I mean, I said to my friend yesterday, I was like, I think I'm getting tired playing with her. We play every time, every day.
Again, I think she is such a great player. Every time I play with her I can learn something more. Yeah, it's pretty good.
Q. Your dad is here this week. Last year your mum was following you. You dad has always said, the devil is in the detail. Is that the key to this weekend?
RUONING YIN: 100%. Golf is just have so many details and you just have to be careful of every shot and especially this course, I mean, I made a couple mistakes today and I got punished.
I would say just, yeah, one shot at a time and just focus on every shot.
