Q. Joined now by Linn Grant after her second round of the Maybank Championship. Linn, just take us through the round.
LINN GRANT: I think my scorecard looks very solid, but it was quite a frustrating day. I hit the ball very good from tee to green. Had so many chances inside like 12 feet and felt like I missed all of them.
So I hope they're going to drop this weekend. But, yeah, there is a lot of good golf and I feel like I'm doing well so I'm just going to keep my patience.
Q. Few times around this course now. What have you made of KLGCC and how does it suit some of your strengths.
LINN GRANT: I really like this course. I think it's challenging enough yet still have those holes where you have wedges in, where you can get close.
But I think it's -- I just think it's a really fun golf course. Obviously it's really hot out there and that's really what we're battling, but other than that, I think it suits my game pretty well.
Q. Obviously a lot of low scores throughout the week so far. What is it about this course that's a little gettable or scorable, if you will?
LINN GRANT: I think the greens are playing a little softer this year, which I enjoy. Makes it a lot more fun. And you feel like every hole is an opportunity to make a birdie.
Yeah, I think that. And then there are some par-5s that you can just reach or you can reach. I think they set the course up quite fun this year.
It is short, still challenging.
Q. No stranger to team events. Got to play with Team Sweden last week at the International Crown. Just take us through that and getting to play with some of your fellow Swedes.
LINN GRANT: It's always fun. It's always fun to represent Sweden and always fun to play on a team. I think that's what we all say, but it is fun.
Just kind of puts you in a different perspective. To be able to play team golf is a bit more relaxed and you can actually go out and kind of enjoy it a bit more.
So it was a nice kind of off-on week.
Q. Last one: Close to the top of the leaderboard heading into the weekend. What's did going to take to get you over the edge and hopefully pull out a win?
LINN GRANT: Roll in those putts. I mean, today I definitely feel like I had the game to get a couple more birdies, so I just hope that stays for Saturday and Sunday.
Yeah, just try to read the greens a little bit better and hopefully see them go in.
