Q. My question is pertaining to your predecessor on this press conference and just the performance that Rachel Hall put on. How much did you guys feed off of some of those incredible saves she was able to make of the very athletic variety?

JENN MEDJID: Yeah, definitely Rachel is an unbelievable goalie, and I think the game ball goes to her, so I think just seeing her make those ridiculous saves, it just pumped up me and all my teammates for us to just finish the job.

Q. This UNC defense has just been incredible all season long. What did you see out there and what did you work on to maybe help you score these 11 goals and get past what seems to be for other teams an impenetrable team?

JENN MEDJID: Yeah, UNC is a really great defense, but I think we had a really great game plan going in. We know they're great one-to-one defenders and they don't tend to slide, so I think we just focused on isolating and just stick to our game plan, and we executed really well.

Q. The last time you guys were in the National Championship you were just a freshman. Now you have two and a half years of experience under your belt. What lessons are you taking into this, into the National Championship?

JENN MEDJID: I think every moment counts. I think we've been talking about it all season, just trying to put together a full 60-minute game, and we just beat one of the best teams in the country, so I think we're going to use that just to motivate us and give us confidence and just go out there and give it all we've got.
