Quick Quotes

Q. Henrik, another solid day, keeping bogeys off the card. How would you assess that round?

HENRIK NORLANDER: Yeah, it was really solid through about 12 holes, and then hit it in the bunker on 13, managed to get it out, and made a pretty long putt for par, and then I hit a great drive on 14 and then terrible second shot. I hooked it in the hazard and hacked it sideways but through the fairway, and then managed to get up-and-down from like 85 yards for par.

Yeah, I mean, a little shaky coming in, but those holes are tough, and pretty pleased to finish with seven pars.

Q. Stats show you hit 16 greens each round the opening two rounds but only 12 today. Is that a product of the tee shots or the iron shots into the greens?

HENRIK NORLANDER: No, I think it played a bit tougher today, too, for sure. I felt the wind was stronger and trickier for sure.

It didn't feel like -- really I thought I drove it pretty nice. I thought I hit it pretty nice, too. I just had a stretch there on the back nine where I didn't hit it great but managed to make some really good putts.

Q. Not far off the lead. What's the plan for tomorrow, just stay aggressive?

HENRIK NORLANDER: Yeah, keep playing the way I have been and try to enjoy it. It was a lot of fun. I was actually calmer today than I was yesterday, so it was fun. This is what I practice for. I've mentioned it plenty of times this week, but it's been such a struggle, it's just fun to feel the heat.

I love this golf course, so it's fun.
