HIDEKI MATSUYAMA: It didn't go my way today, but hopefully I can play better tomorrow and turn it around.
Q. Picked up more birdies on the back nine. Was there something that was working better on the back than there was the front?
HIDEKI MATSUYAMA: No, nothing really changed. I just hope that tomorrow I can come out early and play better tomorrow morning.
Q. What's it going to take tomorrow? What would you need to improve to be able to give yourself a chance?
HIDEKI MATSUYAMA: I think if I can drive the ball well and putt well, I think a good score will come tomorrow, so hopefully that happens.
Q. What score will you be aiming for to give yourself a chance?
HIDEKI MATSUYAMA: I don't really think about that, but just one shot at a time. Hopefully do better tomorrow.
