Q. Haotong, great day in the office; 5-under for the day. What was working for you today?
HAOTONG LI: First few holes didn't quite on, especially on my tee shot, but luckily kind of have good recovery back.
But I played great on my back nine holes, a lot of putts, and play super solid.
Q. What will be the key for you to play well on the weekend?
HAOTONG LI: I think just need to hit a lot of good tee shot again and try to keep ball in play and put ball in the right positions.
Q. What did you learn from leading the PGA Championship in 2020?
HAOTONG LI: That's very good experience from there because I never been there before. Learn a lot. Learn how to stay patient in certain situation.
So it's great to be here and to be in contention again.
Q. Also wanted to ask about your prescription glasses. How are they working for you? Have you worn contact lenses before?
HAOTONG LI: Yeah, I did. I always wear contact lens since last year, but somehow that thing made my eye so dry so often, so I better just -- like one day I forget put my contact lens on, so I just put like normal glasses on.
Felt like it was all right, so kind of works.
