Q. Can you just talk about six different leaders today, the atmosphere, the drama. How did it feel out there?
SCOTTIE SCHEFFLER: Today was a lot of fun. Obviously I wish I played a little bit better, but at the end of the day I put up a good fight. I didn't have my best stuff today. I still gave myself a chance after a few pretty bad mistakes on the front nine.
But Kurt played fantastic golf today. I think to birdie 17 and par 18 to finish and win by one is pretty special.
Q. When you made the putt on 17 what did you feel after that? Did you feel like this could be yours?
SCOTTIE SCHEFFLER: What's that?
Q. The putt on 17.
SCOTTIE SCHEFFLER: What about it?
Q. What were you feeling after that?
SCOTTIE SCHEFFLER: I thought it was going in, and then it didn't, but I still felt like I had a good chance at the tournament.
Q. Then the approach shot on 18?
SCOTTIE SCHEFFLER: Yeah, I hit it really good. Got a little gust or something. It was 51 stick. With the heat and everything, it's pretty much a stock wedge, and I actually trapped it a little bit. It just got caught up in the wind.
Q. When you look at the leaderboard and all the stars on it or top players and how close everything was, does that kind of validate maybe where the TOUR's moving with these events, you think?
SCOTTIE SCHEFFLER: Yeah, I think they have all been pretty successful so far and they have definitely been a lot of fun to play in. Hopefully they have been fun for the fans to enjoy as well. Hopefully we're moving in the right direction. I certainly believe that.
Q. Just the greens and how careful you had to be on the greens.
SCOTTIE SCHEFFLER: Gosh, so careful. There's so little friction there. Especially where they put some of the pins today. It was very challenging. But it's a lot of fun. It's a fun test of golf.
