Q. After the opening 75, could you imagine being here and finishing 8-under and right in the mix at the end of the week?
MICHAEL KIM: I don't know. That 75, I felt pretty good about. I really just had one bad swing on 17 that led to a double. It was a tough day. I'm super happy of how I played the entire week.
Q. What do you feel like did you best this week?
MICHAEL KIM: Probably the driver and just ball striking in general, I feel like I did really well. And if the putter heats up in the next week, hopefully I'll have a great chance.
Q. The difficulty that Bay Hill brings, do you think that helps you working towards next week and THE PLAYERS Championship?
MICHAEL KIM: Definitely. Next week has a bunch of demanding golf shots. I feel like I saw plenty this week.
Q. We talked about this yesterday. When you're on a hot streak, how do you feel like you maintain it now you got a couple days until you play, how do you maintain where you're kind of going?
MICHAEL KIM: It's just recover and just try to continue to build upon the things that I've been building on. The golf course changes, but the mentality stays the same and just try and go out and stay in the present and do the best you can.
